How would you describe your morning routine?
I take the San Francisco Muni to work every morning around 8 AM and get to the office just before 9 AM. Depending on the morning, I'll either stop by Starbucks for a cup of coffee or kick off my day with a cup of green tea from the office kitchen.
What is your staple work outfit?
My morning commute involves at least 20 to 25 minutes of walking, so I've stuck to wearing a comfortable pair of boots or flats. Other than that, I'm frequently in jeans and almost always have a big over-sized, fluffy scarf draped around my neck.
What kind of projects are you working on right now?
I am currently working with a variety of Earth and Tech clients at Ogilvy PR, including Intel, Brocade, Massdrop, and Johnson & Johnson.
Where do you go for lunch?
I usually bring lunch from home and, if not, Off The Grid has several food trucks to choose from every Wednesday and Friday.
How do you break up your work day?
Play with the office dogs - we almost always have one in the office every day! Since our office is right across from the beautiful Embarcadero and has a great view of the water, I also enjoy taking an occasional walk around the area.
What is your favorite spot in the office?
The San Francisco office has a cool rooftop, which you have access to via ladder. Everyone in the office climbed up to the roof to watch the Blue Angels a couple of weeks ago - it has a great view of the city.
How do you wind down after a long day at work?
On busy days, when I'm sitting at my desk all day, the 15 minute walk from the office to the Muni station alone can help me unwind. Other than that, cooking a nice homemade meal and catching up with my roommates is a great way for me to relax.
When you're not in the office, what do you like to do around San Francisco?
San Francisco is great because I can escape to the beach, go for a hike, or shop downtown all without leaving the city. I like being outside on the weekends as much as possible, because I definitely don't see enough sun on the weekdays, so I try to just simply get out of the house and explore parks, restaurants, or new areas with friends!
