Current team you're working on? Brand Planning for IKEA

What is your favorite internship memory thus far? My favorite memory has to be when a few of us got together for a picnic/potluck on the Hudson River park. We just ate some great snacks! It was super chill and a great way to get to know everyone further outside the office!

Why Ogilvy? I kind of fell into Ogilvy, and I'm so grateful. I got into Ogilvy through the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) which pairs minority students with agencies around the US. When I found out that Ogilvy chose me, I was super excited because I knew the agency was behind some of my favorite campaigns.

What do you wish you knew about Ogilvy before you started? Or what do you think is special about this internship? I think his internship is special because Ogilvy truly invests time in teaching us how the office runs, and the talent inside every division. Everyone is so kind and open, and genuinely wants to speak to you. My fellow interns are also amazing, and there is always someone to grab lunch with or hang out with on the weekends. Also, I wish I knew coming in that it isn't weird to email someone you want to know more about for coffee!

Go-to office outfit? It's always different, but it would have to be black jeans, a flowy shirt and kitten pump black heels.

Guilty pleasure? The croissants from the Café!

Proudest moment to date? Being onboarded to a pro bono campaign

Favorite thing to do in NYC? This is going to sound so weird, but I love going to skate parks and take pictures of all the skateboarders doing their thing. My weird form of meditation.
